Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026 · Aurevia Wealth

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurevia Wealth collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit our website, open an account, buy or sell bullion, store metal, or contact us. We process data in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Who we are

Aurevia Wealth is the data controller for client and website data. Contact the privacy team at privacy@aureviawealth.com.

Data we collect
  • Identity and contact data: name, date of birth, nationality, address, email, phone, and company details.
  • Verification data: passport or ID, proof of address, company documents, source of funds and source of wealth information required under AML law.
  • Account and transaction data: orders, payments, vault holdings, delivery instructions, and communications.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use data

We use personal data to provide the platform, settle purchases and sales, allocate and deliver metal, verify identity, prevent financial crime, meet legal obligations, improve the site, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract, legal obligation (including AML, tax, and sanctions), legitimate interests in running a secure bullion business, and consent where we send optional marketing or use non-essential cookies.

Sharing

We share data with vault operators, refiners, insured carriers, payment processors, identity-verification providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. Recipients are bound by contract and law to protect the data. Some partners are outside the UK; we use approved transfer tools such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where required.

Retention

We keep KYC and transaction records for at least five years after the end of the business relationship, or longer if the law requires. Website logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless needed for security investigations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Some rights are limited where we must keep records for AML or to defend legal claims. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, staff confidentiality, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission is completely secure. You must keep your password confidential.
